Watts and Morgan were absolutely incredible. We viewed the property we ended up buying close to 10 times in total (maybe even slightly more) and they were so accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more patient, understanding or knowledgeable guides in buying our family home.

GoogleWe’re currently in the process of a formal Subject Access Request and deposit dispute with this agency. At the initial viewing, the agent openly apologised for the poor condition of the property, specifically mentioning the unpleasant smell of wet dog and the previous tenant’s paintwork. Because these issues were acknowledged by the agency themselves, we didn’t feel the need to raise a formal complaint. Instead, we resolved the problems ourselves, trusting that this goodwill would be reflected at the end of the tenancy. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. We’re now facing what we feel are unjustified deposit deductions, and are currently seeking full documentation under GDPR. If needed, we will escalate to the ICO and TDS. We’ll update this review depending on how the situation is handled going forward.

Watts and Morgan valued our property at £800K whilst 3 other agents put a valuation closer to £950K. I believe that they were attempting a quick sale at an easy time. I'm glad that we shopped around as this might have cost my husband and I an eye watering amount!

GoogleI could not fault Natalie and Laura for helping me through purchasing a property through them. From the first day I rang to arrange a viewing I was greeted by such politeness by a gentleman on the phone, to a warm and welcoming viewing with Natalie and a relatively easy process with the seller and Laura. The day I picked up my keys I was greeted with a friendly team in a wonderful office in Cowbridge. Thank you all so much for giving me the smoothest journey I could wish for, especially doing so on my own. Will definitely recommend you to anyone and use you in the future!

Absolutely disgusting! Anyone who wants to rent and negotiate with Jodi Cavaliere, don’t!! Landlord did not secure bond and no Deposit Certificate provided as stated by JC. Landlord tried to keep hold of my money and Jodi Cavaliere appeared to go out of her way to find fault with the state of the property when I left. Wasn’t interested in helping, previous tenants also didn’t receive their bond back. DO NOT RENT 41 Clos Y Cwarra, St, Fagans. Rouge landlord produced fake invoices to try and keep deposit. Ended up going to court and I was awarded full payment of deposit and costs.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation by Richard, the viewings by Matthew and the dealings we had with several other members of the team including Lewys, Laura and Natalie, we found the whole team to be professional and reliable with excellent communication throughout. What is usually a stressful experience - selling and moving home was made a far smoother process. Would recommend Watts and Morgan Cowbridge to anyone and will use them again in future.
