TrustpilotPOOR ATTITUDE TOWARDS BUYERS
I had an appointment to view a property marketed by this South Wales estate agency, I was phoned a little over one hour before the viewing time by the agency saying that they had to cancel the viewing due to staff not being available. I had a 100 mile round trip and over 3 hours of my time wasted. Sellers should think twice abut where they place their business as agencies which treat buyers poorly are, (as in my case, and I'm a cash buyer) likely to lose sales and not receive the best price for their property.

GoogleFantastic service. All queries answered speedily, and wanting to take measurements, we did ask to revisit the property we are buying a number of times. Nothing is too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate us at short notice. The team are really friendly and we would use them in the future as we are impressed with their professionalism for all parties.
