GoogleCannot give less then one star.....or we would have. If you want an agent that pushes you to stage your house, pushes you to make appointments for potential buyers then takes photos after you've done all he said to do, but he doesn't make any attempt to use the photos, he just wants lower the price of your property to ensure he gets a sale before Christmas then use this agent. Totally disgusted.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the team at elite property. They only need your money but don't care about the state of the house. Will never recommend them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you for your email, however according to our systems you viewed one property in January 2020 with our agency and you did not take up any tenancy for this property or any other property with Elite Property and therefore you have never been a tenant with our agency. Your comments are extremely unfair and inaccurate of your experience with Elite Property from the information we hold as there has never been any transactions taken place, so you comments of not returning payment is completely untrue as there was never any receipt of payment in the first place. If you believe that the above is incorrect and you have had issues with an experience with Elite Property then we would ask that you put this is writing to info@eliteproperty.co where we would look at the issue accordingly. Regards, Elite Property.

GooglePopped in for property details ended up being made to feel guilty about not wanting to buy the place on the spot. Oh well that's another customer lost....

If you have any further queries or wish to discuss anything further then please do not hesitate to contact the office on telephone 024 7665 2200 or via email. Kind Regards Elite Property

YellA great Estate Agents - I would definatly recommend to everyone
I have used the services of Elite Estates both in the sale of a previous property in 2010, and in the purchase of my current property (Feb 2011). From beginning to end, the staff provided both a friendly and professional service, with regular updates as we progressed. I would certainly use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
