GoogleHorrible experience with them. We put our deposit/fees/paperwork the next day after they showed us the house. The policy says they put down the advertisements but they never did in our case. Then they went on to delay our moving dates again and again through many frustrated phone calls. We finally had to find another place to settle down and it took them months to refund our money. Waisted our time/money and mental health during the whole process.

Measurements are only taken as approximates and therefore it is recommended for any purchaser progressing with a sale to take their own measurements for clarification. They provide nothing but advertisement for accommodations. They services are basically useless. Whenever I had problems, they would just email the land lord. They just act as the middle men between you and the land lord. Thus, they offered nothing in terms of service.
Sometimes, they could be unprofessional in the communications.
They would get over 20% of your rent for basically doing nothing.
They charge ridiculous unrefundable fees at the beginning of your term.

I am looking for a house to buy.
When 1st time contacted Elite they took my phone number only but never called me back.
2nd time contacted them they gave me provisional appointment for viewing but never confirmed and never called me back.
3rd time contacted them and got an appointment for viewing. No one turned up as they had me booked in on a different day. I have arranged second viewing for the same house the agent was late 20 minutes and i had to go to another appointment. I really thought if i could wait 20 minutes for them they could wait 10 minutes for me. Unfortunate the agent couldn't even be asked to give me a call me.
Everyone avoid if you can!!!

Don't trust Charlotte Adams, who is very cooperative to get your money and then makes a run to cover the outrageous deliberate negligence of her agency. I relocated to Coventry from London last week, and still cannot get my head round the type of property that an agency let in Coventry. They left me in a disgusting, filthy house, leaking bathroom over kitchen worktop, holes in the wall, broken fireplace, no shower or bath, carpet not cleaned after previous tenants, rubbish not removed, garden left in filthy state. Doesn't an agency have a duty of care for their clients in Coventry? They have now washed their hands and asked me to leave if I'm not happy, keeping my money in the process. Is this Coventry's style? I wonder.. Or is it simply Elite Property and Charlotte Adams' style?

GoogleI called up as i'd received an email from them asking for more details in order to book in a viewing. They had asked for some personal information and the time I was available. Despite me having already provided all the details they asked for on the email enquiry, i set that aside and called up as i was unable to respond to the email to confirm an appointment (technical issues).
I was speaking to a young lady, initially I mentioned i would be happy to book in for a viewing, however despite the fact I could see my enquiry and details in the email history, she said that she could not and she'd need to take my details again. I suggested that while i can't fault her, she should pass on to management that it is a poor way to run the system if we have to provide our details twice. She seemed to accept this, however shortly after proceeded to hang up on me.
I won't be calling back to confirm a booking with ELITE if they are going to act juvenile when given constructive criticism that actually benefits the business.
