They had come up first for performance in an online review of agents in the area and they lived up to expectations. My property was posted across multiple platforms within days, displaying professional images that attracted lots of interest. The app used by Coopers kept me informed of online views, in person viewings and feedback. This was in addition to excellent support from Clare and the sales team who were always on hand to answer my queries and to move things along with other parties in the sale. Also the property was so terrible. They had obviously gone in and heated it prior to me visiting to hide the rising damp.
I did not like michelle. I think she would put people off renting with her outdated look on todays world. Also apart from prices on web. There is a extra 625.00 bond wanted. That was not discussed. I find them rude. Also it wasted my whole day.

We’re disappointed to read this review, which is entirely inaccurate.
The client in this matter was Martin, not John, and a signed agency agreement was completed at the outset of the sale, with all terms and fees clearly stated. A copy of that agreement was provided and signed to confirm receipt.
Following completion, the client disputed the agreed terms and initiated a Small Claims Court action. We defended the claim robustly, supplying the signed contract and supporting ID verifying the signature. The case was later withdrawn by the claimant before reaching court, confirming that our position and documentation were sound.
At all times, we acted with complete transparency and integrity. Our agreements are issued, signed by the client, and copies are always provided. We take great pride in our professionalism and accurate record keeping, which protect both our clients and our business.
We stand by the service provided in this instance and are always happy to discuss any concerns directly with clients to ensure full understanding of our terms.
