He was on time, knowledgable about the property and was honest about our chances of us getting the property. Following this he was very helpful in providing advice and guidance in making an offer that worked well for ourselves and the landlord. In addition on moving-in day he went above and beyond to help us out of a tricky situation. Shannon Roome as well was responsive, clear and kept us up-to-date, with the time between our offer being accepted and us receiving the keys being 8 days.
