GoogleAs a local landlord, I have always found Bairstow Eves to have conducted themselves in a professional manner. From day one Branch Manager Lisa Brooke's assigned Trevor Gannon to take charge of our properties, since then Trevor has successfully handled multiple letting's, dealt directly with tenants in a very professional way as and when tenants have had the inevitable queries that arise from time to time such as 'how do all the heating controls work in this property' etc. Trevor has always gone above and beyond to make sure that both ourselves and tenants are fully communicated to at all stages of any letting that has taken place. At any point when contacting Bairstow Eves we have found other team members to be polite and helpful in meeting our needs, therefore we would recommend the Local BAIRSTOW team to others.

GoogleMy experience of letting my properties through B Eves coventry has been by far the best compared to all other agencies I have used to date. I would also like to mention Trevor Gannon as well as Lisa and Sharon as being really helpful. Mainly dealing with Trevor (and having been an estate agent myself in the past) I have always found him to be honest and dedicated to making sure my properties are let out ASAP each year. Fair play to him and B Eves Coventry...the only agents I can actually trust to get the job done. Thanks again!

GoogleHave recently used bairstowe eves to find a tenant for a property, good service all round, responsive to messages and good communication. Photos of the property were poor when being advertised but you get what you pay for.
