GoogleAbsolutely awful customer service, they do not know what they are doing. I was told the wrong information which led me to be charged £500. Now they have finally accepted that I am owed £1000 from them and they WILL NOT PAY ME. I have been chasing and constantly asking for over TEN weeks. Disgusting. EDIT as per below response: I have already emailed numerous times with no response. Find one of those.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service! I still can't believe how fast all of the process went, professional approach. Very easy to communicate, you can tell that passionate people are working there. I honestly can't say anything wrong, I was expecting very complicated process since we are in national lockdown but everything went smooth and of course safe! GoogleI have never seen a company acting this unprofessional and unreliable whereby when one person tells you something its either a lie or direct deceit, and the worst part is that if it was only once or one person then who is doing it, then you might make an axcuse for them, but it seems its a systemic way they make money and cheat it out of you.

GoogleI can honestly say the letting process is made 100 times easier. They are so pro active arranging viewings. They are professional, and friendly. I used to manage properties myself now I let them advertise and set up. Frees up so much time. I’ve met Connor on quite a few viewings. He is always so professional and friendly.

GoogleSimply one word summarises my experience with Bairstow Eves and in particular Cara McManus - Phenomenal. The entire process was professional and very quick. Cara provided me with a list of tenants within days and kept me in contact every step of the way. Exceptional and very helpful service, I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves.

GoogleWorst experience I've ever had with an estate agents. Never phoned back, made promises they didn't keep, terrible communications. If you are thinking letting your property with this agent I would advise against it as they don't get back to prospective tenants despite numerous calls to the office.
