I am a client of Choices. I wanted to buy a property but the deal fell through. I have asked for my deposit but they won't release it. Though the deposit is refundable...This is totally unacceptable!

Advertising properties on Rightmove not available for sale yet. Forcing you to consult with their mortgage broker before viewings. Choices are an example of why Estate Agents should be regulated.
