We always appreciate all forms of feedback but on this occasion it's hard to respond to you in a constructive way as we have absolutely no records of dealing with a Nial. Having spoken to all of my colleagues in the office, they have no recollection of dealing with anyone with the name of Nial or anybody that has been disgruntled with regards to making an offer. May I also add that we never, ever lie. As you will see from the pervious reviews, they deal with every situation in the most professional manner.
I have also noticed that you have written one star reviews for other local business's whereby they've also had no recollection of you. An example of this is the White Hart pub in Atworth which I know is a reputable business, run by lovely people.
