Viewed three properties this weekend with Simon. Two of which we picked and one which Simon suggested we view which turned out to be a great recommendation. Simon was approachable and friendly and we felt really comfortable speaking openly with him about the pros and cons of each property. He called as promised to discuss the viewings with us a couple of days later and provided additional information in response to a couple of queries and talked through our feedback so that he could provide the details to the sellers. I’m sure we’ll be speaking to Simon again soon as we progress our move to Corsham.

Hunter French Corsham were absolutely brilliant in the recent sale of our house. They found buyers very quickly and managed to secure a great price. They worked as a real team, with Simon, Sam and Dan all up to speed with the details of our sale and purchase, so there was continututy at all times. They are extremely professional, polite and courteous and were a pleasure to deal with. They were also extremely patient, endlessly showing us around new properties until we finally found the right one, always in good cheer. Dan and his dream team at Hunter and French in Corsham were amazing from start to finish. Dan valued our property and when we were ready to sell we could put it straight on the market our first viewing offered the asking price. The team at the Corsham office were superb in helping us sell our property. From the first meeting they were very well prepared, had a good strategy for obtaining the best price for the property and ultimately delivered exactly what they said they would. Simon was our main contact but on the occasions when he was unavailable other members of the Corsham team kept us up to date with progress either on request, where milestones had been reached, or when our input was required. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with a team that could not only 'talk to talk', but actually back that up with their attitude and actions. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have only positive things to say about my experience of dealing with the team at Hunter French - in particular with Simon who most of my dealings were with. He was professional and courteous at all times and super prompt to follow up and reply to all questions and queries... of which there were many . For reasons out of everyone's control the sale of the house got a little tricky and stressful but Simon, calmly and reassuringly, went above and beyond to keep the sale on track. HF are by far the best estate agent I have had any dealings with, in fact would say they are one of the best companies , especially in terms of customer service, I have ever dealt with full stop. Hunter French helped me with both the sale of my house and purchase of another property they were managing. They were extremely professional, their photographer is a total pro and the house was sold 2 days after going on the market, for over the asking price! Sam kept me well informed, any time I asked a question he found the answer and got back to me straight away, and was very reassuring through the whole process. When I needed to sell my mum's house in Corsham I travelled down 250 miles and arranged meetings and valuations with four local agents. I was most impressed by Jacob from Hunter French and instructed them. A buyer was found within two days who was already known to the agent. Over the next few weeks Hunter French did everything necessary to advance the process, including a last minute visit to clear some bags for the charity shop that had mistakenly been left behind by the house clearance people. The service from all the staff at HF was excellent, which was really helpful as I live 250 miles away and the house was empty. Completion was effected successfully today, barely 8 weeks after the initial instruction. Highly recommended.

Great Estate Agent. The team Jacob, Lauren and Simon were very professional and courteous and regularly kept us fully informed with the progress on the sale of our house, took care to know lots of details about the history of the house to explain it fairly to prospective buyers when viewing, and to progress the sale with our buyers (one fell through) effectively and politely.
