Purchasing a house in Corsham has been a journey of several years, with lots of viewings, a flat to sell and eventually finding a house that ticked all the boxes to purchase. Simon remained relentlessly helpful, patient and supportive throughout the process, communicating openly at all stages and with all parties. I have felt fortunate to have been through the house selling/buying process with Hunter French. I chose Hunter French from three companies, as they seemed most down to earth but confident in being able to get me the best price for my home. Dan honoured the quote despite it being over a year since visiting the property and in the end the team managed to sold my house in 6 days and £5,000 above asking price. Patryk and Sally communicated clearly and set expectations well every step of the way. Hunter French and the team in Corsham, Wiltshire have been absolutely outstanding. Everyone has been very helpful, but I have to single out Simon Chun. He is a class 'act'. Before putting my house on the market I had been looking on Rightmove to see a) Who the key agents were and b) who had houses up for sale in my area,(Holt). Importantly, I also tracked from the time that a house was first put on Rightmove, to the time which of those agents had houses under offer. There was only one agent that was way ahead of all others - Hunter French. I asked three agents to present / persuade me why I should choose them. Simon came to the house, he had done his homework, talked about other houses he had sold in the Holt and surrounding areas, provided evidence, talked about the suggested sales strategy for my house in my area, and spoke with passion and from the heart. It was a no brainer to choose Hunter French. Simon, and the team were there every step of the way and kept me regularly informed. It was an incredibly smooth, pleasant and reassuring process. Message to Simon's boss - If it is not the case, already, Simon needs to be given shares in Hunter French Corsham. You need to hang on to your most valuable asset. A bit like Alexander Isak at Newcastle, you never want him to leave. One other suggestion - on Rightmove you need to ensure that the Hunter French logo is visible and doesn't seem like an illegible black blob! Some key words to describe Hunter French Corsham. Honest, Reliable, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Passionate, Welcoming. Finally if you are reading this and are about to put your house on the market in the Corsham / Holt / Bradford on Avon area, or if your house is on the market, with another agent, and wondering why it has still not been sold, get Hunter French Corsham to conduct the sale for you.

We have recently just exchanged on our house sale and purchase, a stage that we never would have got to without the support and expertise from Hunter French, and specifically from Simon. The journey has not been an easy one, including our initial buyer pulling out 9 weeks into the conveyancing process. Even though this was an incredibly stressful and upsetting time, it was made so much easier because of the support and tenacity from Simon. I am writing to thank Sam and the rest of the team very much for all the hard work they put for the sale of our house in Corsham. The sale was easy bit, but where they really earned their money was over the next couple of months. Unfortunately our solicitor turned out to be a bit of a nightmare where communications were concerned and Sam did his absolute best to take up the slack, often chasing her on our behalf and filling in any gaps in our knowledge of the legal process because we couldn't get to talk to the solicitor. If Sam wasn't about then it didn't matter which other person we spoke to they were all able to help and knew the current situation. I commend their highly professional attitude to the job and their tact and patience when dealing with this very stressed out customer. Thanks again guys.
