GoogleSelling a village property part of which was over 250 years old would naturally give rise to concern on the part of prospective buyers as to the condition of the property. A full and comprehensive survey was conducted by an independent third party. The agent quite sensibly provided this to all interested parties prior to any viewing. This action ensured only seriously interested parties viewed the property. When the property went under offer it proceeded to completion without issues as to condition. This was a smart move by the agent. The agent was also active in chasing agents and conveyancers further down the chain especially where low-cost marketing and legal services were engaged.

Libby, Tom and Ryan were all fantastic to deal with; friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. What we particularly appreciated was how honest and open they were about the property, including the bigger-ticket concerns that come with buying an old cottage. At no point did we feel things were being glossed over or that we were being given the hard sell, which gave us a lot of confidence in the purchase.
Buying a house can be stressful, particularly when there are a few quirks and complexities involved, but the team were pragmatic, helpful and straightforward whenever we needed them.
We’re now very happily settling into our new home and would have absolutely no hesitation in buying through HF Devizes again. Highly recommended.

GoogleI basically decided to engage Hunter French to sell a property in Devizes because I had dealt with Ryan with regards to an EPC and he was so kind and helpful at a time when things were very difficult for me. I can honestly say that I did not regret this decision. I mainly dealt with Ryan, but Tom and the other members of the team were also great.
Communication about the outcome of viewings and the progress of the sale was excellent. Any questions or worries I had were addressed sensitively and professionally, and I really feel that the whole process was handled with a human and personal touch (which can be rare in this digital age!).
Selling a house can be scary, stressful and emotional and I am very grateful for the support that Ryan and the team gave me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
