It was so easy to contact them and they answered straight away, we have been working with Lauren and Sue and I cannot fault their kindness, understanding and professionalism. Was mine and the wife’s first house buy. We were struggling with our solicitors and the house had been taking a while to go through as a result. We found that when Lauren took over our sale things started to move much quicker. She let nothing get in her way of pushing the sale through quickly and often contacted our solicitors for us to give them a nudge. Between her and Sue they made things much easier than we had previously been experiencing and we would fully recommend them to anyone! As weekly added costs escalated it became no longer viable to let my cottage on a holiday let basis. I was recommended to Stratton and Creber with the view of letting full time, by another client of theirs. . Having the right letting agent is of paramount importance, both for the landlord and the tenant and I have I found the team (Bianca and Tereza) to be extremely helpful and efficient.
