GoogleWhat a very very rude company, you ring them leave your details on answer machine you even email them,and they don't even get back to you.and when you eventually speak to them on the telephone and they find your details they apologise to you, not good enough. Shan't be dealing with these cowboys again, and nore should you. Absolutely disgraceful.

GoogleJust completed on a protracted house sale with a few false starts. Any estate agent can organise a smooth transaction. It's when the going gets tough that you realise how good your agent is. Stratton Creber Liskeard-Sue and Lauren- worked tirelessly , and went above and beyond the call of duty, to bring this transaction to a successful conclusion. Definitely recommended

GoogleBrilliant team in the Liskeard office, Sarah and Trevor particularly kind and approachable as well as patient. Great communication between us and our vendor who was abroad. Cannot say the same about countrywide conveyancing who are the in house solicitors (all on-line from Cardiff)...worked out great in the end but took a long time to get there and expensive...can't help but feel a local solicitos firm would have been faster.

GoogleI have found the letting team to be very professional. They got a tenant for me very quickly and sorted all the requirements for the tenant and landlord very efficiently. They were also very friendly and responsive at all times. They took the hassle out of letting for me. I'd use them again.

Googlewe bought a house through stratton and i must say the team there are superb through the whole process including being able to talk to the other agents involved in the chain which makes a big difference. And the mortgage advisor there is superb too sorting my mortgage out when others couldnt....

Even when our buyer seemed to sit on their hands, our wonderful estate agents made the calls and got the sale moving again. Fabulous company and would highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again without any hesitation whatsoever.

GoogleAfter a shaky start we have found the customer care from the Liskeard office and Jodie in particular to be of the highest quality.I am sorry that we have, at this time, been unable to complete on 69.The logistics of owning two house 300 miles apart was daunting and too complicated.
