GoogleWe have recently had some terrible experiences with Agents prior to working with Stratton Creber. It was so easy to contact them and they answered straight away, we have been working with Lauren and Sue and I cannot fault their kindness, understanding and professionalism. They have been nothing but helpful and no question is too small to answer. We have been updated throughout every step of the process so far and I cannot thank them enough for bringing the excitement and enjoyment back into the process for our family which we had previously lost due to bad experiences. GoogleWas mine and the wife’s first house buy. We were struggling with our solicitors and the house had been taking a while to go through as a result. We found that when Lauren took over our sale things started to move much quicker. She let nothing get in her way of pushing the sale through quickly and often contacted our solicitors for us to give them a nudge. Between her and Sue they made things much easier than we had previously been experiencing and we would fully recommend them to anyone! GoogleAs weekly added costs escalated it became no longer viable to let my cottage on a holiday let basis. I was recommended to Stratton and Creber with the view of letting full time, by another client of theirs. . Having the right letting agent is of paramount importance, both for the landlord and the tenant and I have I found the team (Bianca and Tereza) to be extremely helpful and efficient. They have dealt with every aspect of the tenancy promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Stratton and Creber. .
