GoogleWe are first time landlords. We wanted to rent our home through an agency and considered our options locally in West Cornwall. Laura was helpful from the off initially when we needed an ARLA in writing to obtain a ‘buy to let’ mortgage… so we returned to Miller Countrywide when finishing our project and ready to let.
Alex visited during our renovations and was very positive and supportive to help us achieve our goals for a quick turnaround. When we were ready to let we found Alex and Laura very proactive and always willing to help. Most importantly they weren’t phased by out aims of renting it quickly and supported us amazingly well in finding suitable tenants almost immediately. They worked with our timescale and met our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for more, and now have happy tenants too enjoying the home we worked hard to create for them. All good so far, so thank you to Miller Countywide (Alex and Laura) for their great service and support in renting our house successfully.

Kenan, Rebecca, Ellie and the rest of the team were always accommodating to viewings, questions and liaising with the vendor right up until completion. And during our search they were the only estate agents to check in with us weekly without it feeling pushy, just to see how we were doing, how the search was going, and always telling us ASAP when they thought something suitable had come to the market.
