Having requested some details pertaining to their percentage for selling a new development in co cork ,a short answer was offered and I'm speaking about the bare three word answer,for a company that self praises itself on customer service values I think they should educate some of their franchisees on how to deal with potential clients who want to sell their property, That was a country sale they lost we opted for another agent to sell. On a second occasion their city slicker refused to even offer us a valuation due to No paperwork to hand ,we we're seeking a valuation not a lesson on convencing.

We had quite a prolonged purchase experience but we were truly impressed with Stuart O'Grady who always kept in touch about what was coming up in terms of properties that may suit us, and then, what the most recent updates with those properties were. He really was a true professional. In the end, we didn't purchase a property with Sherry Fitz but to acknowledge their professionalism, we got them involved in a separate aspect of the purchase journey. If we have need to revisit the property market again, we'll be calling on Stuart's help.

Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Unprofessional - never stick to commitment

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.
