My husband and I recently purchased a house at Lissadell Douglas.We were moving from Tipperary to Cork and our knowledge of the area was not great. Stuart O Grady was the auctioneer we dealt with and throughout the process he was an enormous help to us, He was extremely helpful to us throughout the process. As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

2 thumbs down and Zero stars! Buyer Beware unless you want to see bait-and-switch at its most shameless. Great at reeling you in is this office, but they will disappear the minute an issue surfaces that is required by normal procedure to address. Sums up our experience at the hands of O'Neill Sherry FitzGerald trying to sell us a house near Glengarriff, County Cork. Waste of time. Even a reporter with the Irish Independent Newspaper reached out to us in sympathy about what they did. The article is searchable via google. They have since relisted it as (Derrycreha, Glengarriff, Co. Cork, P75XF58) dropping the asking price as well as no longer naming the property Slinneadoir to avoid it's prior history paper trail. Shame on them.

I would not trust them when buying a property. Had an absolutely terrible experience with Sherry Fitzgerald, especially with Mark and Stuart. They continuously lied about the status of the house and would blame every issue in the sale process on the seller. They act very fake to your face and we suspect there may have been fake bids in the portal for various reasons.

Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.
