This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry…

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

I recently bought a house, which Sherry Fitzgerald were the selling agents for. I dealt with Stuart O'Grady and from the beginning to the end of the process he was very easy and professional to deal with. He replied to all calls and emails very quickly and provided all relevant information to any queries I had. He was very helpful at the time of closing and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was in order. I'd definitely recommend working with Stuart if buying or selling a house.

My Auctioneer explained each step and process, he was always contactable with any of my queries. He was thoroughly efficient in processing the sale of my property. I would highly recommend Stuart O'Grady of Sherry Fitzgerald (Cork) to sell your property.

I recently bought a house through Sherry Fitzgerald with the help of Estate Agent Stuart O' Grady. Firstly, Stuart was highly professional from start to finish. He was very accommodating, was prompt to reply to calls and emails and was always on hand to guide me through the ins and outs of buying a property. Stuart's expertise was very reassuring and I couldn't recommend him or Sherry FitzGerald highly enough. Will definitely use both again in the future.

Aisling has been so helpful throughout this whole process. She always got back with answers to my queries promptly and kept me updated as to how the construction was going. Buying a house and moving can be exhausting and stressful but when you have someone reliable looking after you, it takes some of the pressure off. That’s what Aisling did for me.

Rachel Cooney Sherry FitzGerald Financial Services

Rachel is amazing! She completely took the stress out of buying my own home. I was well informed at all times of what needed to happen to move through each stage of the mortgage process, the expected timeframes and how to minimise potential pitfalls.Rachel is a top class broker with great product knowledge of all the products each lender and life insurer offer. The features and benefits of each product were super well laid out so it was easy to see which lender, rate and insurance were the best for me to go with. I'm grateful for all her help throughout and her colleague Jane's help at the later stages for drawdown and would recommend anyone to apply for a mortgage through her.

Deposit holders

I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.
