GoogleOscar James have been by far the best estate agents I've ever dealt with! Right from the start, everyone I spoke with was polite, professional and positive about selling my property. Shaun Dodson at the Corby office was my agent and he's been a total diamond! He sold my property in less than 18 hours and now just two months later I'm ready to complete!! Very attentive, great communication and helpful. I couldn't have done this without Shaun. Even though my property was at the modest end of the market with no forward sale I still received a AAA+ service that I couldn't be more happy with! Thank you so much!!

GoogleWhat a great experience it has been working with Eamon at Oscar James. I signed up with three different agencies to help get my house sold as well as to find a new home. Out of the three agencies, only Oscar James made a real effort to actively look for properties that I would like (Eamon listened to what my requirements in a home were) and they also actively worked my property and were able to secure a buyer for me within just 4 weeks!! Great personal service where I was made to feel I mattered. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to buy or sell.

GoogleJames, Eamonn and the entire Oscar James team have been nothing short of phenomenal during what has been a topsy turvy buying process with other agents. We are grateful for their personable, enthusiastic service which is consistent throughout the company. We are so happy our business in buying a home eventually lead to Oscar James as they thoroughly deserve it! We will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

GoogleBought a house back in March 2020, the team at Oscar James made the purchase as easy as it could be, in particular Olivia Steele & Sam Stanley, who's communication throughout was spot on. If selling I would use without a question.

GoogleThe Corby branch were absolutely outstanding, whilst preparing the property for market they were contacting potential buyers on their books and I had three viewings before formal launch. Within 24hrs of formal launch I had five viewers booked in. Incredible service and was kept fully updated with feedback from each viewer. There’s no such thing as a day off to them and they work even when their day is supposed to have finished. The marketing was fabulous and Dani who does the photography is so professional. She takes her time to ensure that the pictures are accurate. Craig, Courtney, the whole team are a credit and I highly recommend.

GoogleMarketing your home in a way that reaches the right type of buyer is essential. Some agents will flatter their client with a stampede of viewers, only to disappoint through a lack of offers. This can be frustrating and time consuming. From the outset, Oscar James provided us with detailed information about prospective viewers and how likely they were to proceed. All our viewers were genuine prospective buyers. When an offer is made, the substance of that offer is just as vital as its value. As we all know, an agreement is not the same thing as a completed sale. Oscar James have stayed focussed and committed throughout, ensuring that all parties are kept up to date on progress. Small details can delay a sale, so it's essential that your agent keeps their eyes and ears open at all times. For buyers, nothing compares to an agency that can understand their client's wishes and identify the right homes to consider. This is where quality rather than quantity is so important, another area where Oscar James excel. Our thanks to all at Oscar James for their persistence and hard work, their open and friendly approach will be remembered when we next come to buy or sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
