GooglePaul Corcoran was our mortgage broker and he was absolutely excellent. He explained everything clearly and got us a mortgage deal that worked for us. When the mortgage company had some queries and issues with our application (such as the name of the solicitor not quite matching up with the correct solicitor office and the mortgage company not being keen on us having a property with land), Paul contacted them directly and managed to sort it out quickly and easily. Thank you for your wonderful service!

GoogleFrom the start to the finish Peggy was an absolute gem. My best property buying experience to date and I’m more than pleased to introduce Oscar James on account of my experience with Peggy.

GoogleIt's difficult to express just how outstanding the team at Oscar James have been throughout the entire process. All members at their branches are thoroughly supportive and forward-thinking in helping progress our purchase with reassuring feedback and updates. Charlie has been nothing short of amazing ever since our first viewing and Charlies attitude towards work is refreshing in an industry driven by aged paradigms. Whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced developer, the Oscar James team will look after youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe are so impressed of the service we have received from Oscar James. We have been with other agency and they were unable to sell our house for 9 weeks as soon we have switched to Oscar James we have got service we could only dream about it. Those amazing people especially Olivia and Brendan sold our house on the day number 10. In those few days we have got more viewing than for 9 weeks with other agency. We will always recommend Oscar James as an number 1 of estates agents. Once more thank you Olivia and Brendan for all you hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI’ve viewed in the region of 40 properties with 7 or 8 different agents, since July 2020. Olivia Steele From Oscar James Corby, whom i have had a great deal of contact with particularly in the last 4-6 weeks, easily stands out as the best agent i have dealt with in my property search. Estate agents in general have a none too flattering persona and most i met with, certainly lived up to this perception. Olivia is different in a wonderfully professional and personal way. She has a friendly personality that you cant help but built trust and assurance with. She doesn't use fake facts or try to suggest things aren't as they seem. She's honest, considerate of the sellers she represent and buyers she's trying to sell to. I desperately wanted to buy a house from Olivia but alas, there wasn't a suitable property with her or Oscar James Corby. If i find myself in a position to move again, Olivia will be my go to agent. Thank you for all your hard work at finding me a property and your energetic without being over empowering, open, trustworthy, friendly and heartwarming approach to estate agency. You are a huge credit to Oscar James Corby and the profession. Merry Christmas Olivia xPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Peggy secured the sale on my property, and has provided helpful updates every step of the way. I don't plan on buying or selling again for a few years, but when I do, I'll be instructing Oscar James with no hesitation!

GoogleTHE BEST EXPERIENCE The services provided from the beginning to the end of securing our house were fantastic and professional. We met Peggy, an incredible estate agent, who had shown us multiple properties. After a discussion of what we were looking for, she immediately knew what house would be more suitable for us. It was great having Peggy as she is a knowledgeable, kind and patient estate agent, always promptly replying to the emails or phone calls, making the process less stressful but also super friendly and easily approachable. On this journey, we had the pleasure of receiving advice from Aidan, the mortgage advisor, who has done a great job in explaining everything to us and making sure that if we have any questions, we can contact him at any time. We are highly thankful and grateful for meeting Peggy and Aidan. So impressed with their professionalism and expertise! Thank you, Oscar James! Would highly recommend it!

GoogleEnlisted the services of Eammon and his team after struggling to sell with another agent. Very helpful, always kept up to date with everything. House now sold, would recommend Oscar James .

GoogleI brought this agency on after the sale of my property fell through with my previous company. They work really hard to make sure viewers were booked in quickly and spent time showing people all the features of the house rather than a quick run around like other agents have done. They also worked to ensure we got a good sale price and then supported us getting the move done as quickly as possible. If i ever look to sell again i would defiantly use Oscar James
