Oscar James were fantastic. This company isn’t just about getting a sale or making a transaction, their customer service is great. They’re understanding, effective, kind, personable and communicative - everything I’d want in an agent. A little quiet at first but once I was SSTC everyone did what they could to get this across the line, I imagine it would’ve taken longer or been so much more stressful without such a great agent. I would recommend Oscar James without a hesitation they certainly go the extra mile. Peggy is an absolute diamond and helped me achieve a dream I cannot thank her enough.

I was really impressed by Oscar James from start to finish. Erin in particular went above and beyond what I'd expected. Buying your first home can be an extremely daunting experience, but thanks to Eamonn and Aidan, we made it through! Eamonn is always organised and attentive, making sure we were moving forward at the right pace, and settling any concerns we had. After viewing a house which wasn't to our taste, Eamonn found out what we were looking for and showed us a home which was about to come on the market. It was absolutely perfect, and we put an offer in right away. Buying your first home is always expected to be a long and stressful process, however Oscar James made it a smooth process . We were lucky to have Peggy as our estate agent, she was truly amazing from the first day she showed us around our now home to handing us the keys. We fell in love with our home the first time we saw it, however we didn’t yet have our mortgage in principal, but Peggy was straight on the case to help us get this house. Peggy gave our details over to Aidan, to help us with our mortgage process. Aidan was the best advisor that anyone could wish for, he made it so easy for us to understand the whole process and answered all our silly questions as soon as he could. He dealt with everything so quickly and efficiently. Peggy and Aidan are simply the best and anyone who has the pleasure of having their help are very lucky. Not to mention Shaun and Chanel who also stepped in to help us when Peggy and Aidan weren’t available! Can give only 5* review for the Corby branch and Eamonn who was a big help with my house sale. Considering how stressful this whole process was for me (sale due to separation, being alone to sort everything out, trying to agree on completion that would work for me), Eamonn was really sympathetic to my situation and tried to help as much as he could, even had to go and talk to the neighbours about a tree that raised issues for the buyers.
