GoogleHighly recommended Special mention to Jamie McCutcheon and Tim from the sales team for all their time and superb service. Even though they were acting on behalf of the seller , they were equally helpful, friendly and nice to us (buyers ) and provided great support. Sales Negotiator Jamie was extremely helpful and would highly recommend. Always keeping us in the loop with things. A quick sale and a very friendly team.

GoogleChinnek Shaw were the estate agents for my new house, and they were an absolute treat to deal with. The agent who showed me around the houses on his list was knowledgeable and professional, and had clearly listened to me when I told him ahead of the visit what I was looking for in a property. The agent who dealt with the sale was really helpful in allowing me to bring builders etc to the house even within the constraints of Covid and a hugely busy property market. What I really liked was that they had a dedicated person to sales progression, meaning there was someone ensuring solicitors and others in the chain were doing what they needed to do when they needed to do it! All in all their professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness made the whole process as smooth as buying a house can ever be. I'll be getting them in to revalue my house once my work has done, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWE have used CHINNECK SHAW agents for some years now, and have enjoyed their friendly and professional way of letting our properties. One thing we really like is if there is any need for repair or a problem they ring us immediately to discuss it and then go head and fix things with no preamble . As long as there company carries on this way we will continue to use them with confidence ,they have been recommended by us to friends in need of letting agents, long may they continue.

GoogleI was a tenant at The Friary, Friary Close, Southsea from 2005 till just recently. All I can say that it was comfortable , clean, warm in winter, quiet and very handly situated for all local facilities. The managing agent's Chinneck Shaw, have always been very responsive to any request. I can highly recommend The Friary to any prospective tenants.

GoogleChinneck Shaw came to my rescue when I had been let down by another agent (who don’t have offices and has a colour in their name, Do Not Go anywhere near them even if they say they are cheap they are awful). After 8 long and stressful months and 3 failed sales attempts I decided to pull from the chain much to my sadness but quickly got in touch with Chinneck Shaw who I naturally should have instructed from the beginning. Within days they had offers and 8 weeks later through all of these tough times they sold my property. They are the most professional agents I know but to top it off they are the kindest, most thoughtful, empathetic and always kept in touch even when I was struggling to get any news from my solicitors. I would never trust or use anyone else ever again and highly recommend them so please if you are thinking of buying and/or selling please call the team at Chinnecks you will not be disappointed. Me and my partner would highly recommend Chinneck shaw, buying or renting these are the real deals. 😁 Myself and my partner had a vision of our 1st home and what we wanted. Tim - Jamie and Will took on board all relevant points showed us plenty of properties and explained throughly what each property needed and guided us through simples steps on how to get there as myself and my partner did not have a clue with this being our first home. We found our perfect property - the process was simple and easy Tim took the reins and kept us in the loop every step- the support and help we received throughout was second to none could not fault. Very nice people, sensible rents, reasonable deposits & fees plus will actually arrange to have any problems with the property fixed in a timely manner. If anybody I know is looking to rent in the Portsmouth area I always recommend Chinneck Shaw.

GoogleA good estate agent. Simply that. They look after properties for landlords (at least that was our interaction with them). The landlord is what pushed this over to 5 instead of 4 as he was exemplary but I can't give him a review.
