GoogleWe chose to sell our home with Chinneck Shaw, they were very professional throughout. Even when there were a couple of technical issues, they dealt with them quickly. Nothing was too much hassle for them. GoogleFrom start to finish we were treated with courtesy and respect, they were very knowledgeable about the area and what price to expect. Although the buyer had problems their side with solicitors (I think) everything was managed really well and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Top job..

GoogleExtremely poor communication skills, I have never recieved a phone call back regarding an issue reported and I've been dealing with them for 11 Years. Once an issue has been reported to the lettings team it's like they hang up and forget you ever phoned, and then you repeatedly phone for the next month or two reminding them of the problem explaining yourself over and over again. I reported a damp/mould issue over a year ago now and the issue is still on going, spending £100's in the meantime on dehumidifiers, mould sprays, stain blockers, draught excluders etc and have now been forced to not use the worst room due to health risks. This is just one of two major faults with the property that have been repeatedly ignored. The customer service is appalling, so all in all they're the whole package for your typical Estate Agent, dreadful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Love their Green Pledge too - to plant a tree every time they sell a home. A forward thinking agency who will get the job done, with a smile :) Highly recommended.
