Timothy Brown started our independent family run property business in 1981, evolving to become a highly respected and trusted professional firm of Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents, Residential and Commercial Managing agents, and Valuers. Over the years Timothy has been joined by his team of professionals who all live locally, and have developed an unrivalled expert knowledge of our local area, with all senior members of our team qualified with RICS, ARLA and the NAEA, all of which we think makes us pretty special. We also love what we do, and have earned a reputation of integrity and trust. We focus on delivering, every time, the highest level of service to our clients and customers, in a courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner.

Great service from start to finish. All of the team at Timothy Brown were professional, helpful and very supportive through the whole sale process. Very unprofessional staff in the…

Very unprofessional staff in the Lettings team. They do not respond to emails and I have received absolutely no help whatsoever in finding a rental property despite asking them to let me know of any coming up. They say there aren’t any and then one pops up. They aren’t interested in actively helping people they just want to look down their noses at you and lie. They don’t care about their tenants and are there for making money and for their landlords only.

I don’t recommend if on benefits or disabled, I’ve noticed and have done tests to make sure with my partner account and my own, I mentioned I was on benefits my partner did not.. guess who was told “to many viewings or house is let” but my partner got offered viewings but we mentioned benefits and we never got a response back on a time to view just fully ignored.. I’ve read some similar reports and will ask Citizen advice if I can report this company or take any legal action as it’s discrimination.

Possible sold our flat within two weeks. The whole team are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Laura was brilliant to work with, keeping me in the loop on every step of the process. Gary took really stunning pictures and Cloe was always a pleasure to deal with in the office. It’s the first estate agent I’ve come across that are genuinely excellent from start to finish. Most agencies are good and get you hooked in and signed up and then service levels slip and you no longer feel like a priority. But Possible is not one of them!! They are professional, efficient, helpful, friendly, prompt and brilliant from beginning to end. The service level remains high and I can honestly say they were a pleasure to work with. Thank you all very much.

The best estate agency in Perth by far. Gary and his team were exceptionally helpful at every single stage of interaction. What’s most impressive is that they managed to sell our house in 6.5 days. They even offer a WhatsApp group to schedule viewings and discuss viewing feedback. If you’re looking for an estate agent, look no further. Highly recommended

We approached three Estate Agents in Perth, and from these chose Possible as the best fit for the sale of our property. Despite a downturn in the market, Possible gave what proved to be the most accurate valuation, and quickly matched our property to a number of suitable buyers: we soon had two offers, and were able to move quickly to closing. Throughout the process we were kept informed of progress, and were given what proved to be sound advice. In all respects Possible met or exceeded expectations, presenting and selling our property effectively, and we would have no hesitation in choosing them again.
