We have been in our new Seddon home for 3 months and couldn't be happier.We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, build quality and the speed at which snags are fixed. Also, the service received from the sales office and customer services has been excellent!

From our first meeting, to moving in and beyond. Seddon have been excellent. From Laura and Naomi from the sales team to John and Ollie on the site team at the Warrington site have made our move stress free. I can not recommend them enough. The build quality of the homes is to a high standard with extras you would usually pay for included. We could not be a happier with our new home.

Delays, lies, and lack of owning up to responsibilities. We moved into our Seddon Home 6 months after anticipated move in date a couple of years ago, and were basically forced to accept a house full of snags to complete. And now after reading this site have found out that we have also become victims to the fleecehold scandal. Our £115 annual bill from the management company soon rose to £380 seddon year and this years bill is £550!This was not mentioned at time of sale, and the solicitor that we used with Seddon just implied that it would be a normal annual maintenance fee, not uncapped as someone else put it!Watch out everyone, and always enquire about what you will be paying for.

We haven’t moved into our property yet since reserving last summer, but the communication is non existent. If you want any progress updates you have to chase and chase to get any information, it’s really disappointing.
Hello there - we're so sorry to hear this as we do have a policy of updating our customers fortnightly? Unfortunately as you've not given any details we're unable to check if this policy has fallen down somewhere. Covid 19 has had a major affect on build dates. Only one trade can work on a property at any one time. Build materials including roof tiles & appliances have been so hard to source and of course should someone on site sadly test positive for the virus the whole development has to shield to protect everyone. That said you of course should have been kept updated and if you haven't we can only apologies but if you would kindly make contact with your Sales Advisor to identify yourself we can look into things further for you. The team at Aspenwood Grange (Marple) have been fantastic. From the point of showing interest to the sales team (Naomi and Laura) to completing, every member of the team has been friendly and helpful. The house was finished to a high standard and all snagging points were addressed quickly by Zak and Jonny. Would happily buy a Seddon home again!

Then when you get to meet the builders, they are brilliant too (Ollie and John in particular) and always going above and beyond with the finishing touches to make your whole experience amazing. A great team throughout at Seddon and we are made up with our beautiful home.

What a breeze it was dealing with Seddon Homes. Seddon's team put me at ease straight away and the purchase process was relaxed and relatively enjoyable.
