Nothing was too much trouble and all of my questions were answered and explained fully and not rushed. GoogleWe just want to say a big thankyou once again to Stacie who has been a star throughout our protracted move to Pavilion Way. She’s had to field far too many phonecalls and emails from me but did so professionally and kept us updated every step of the way. It was a long winded process but we got there in the end and we genuinely couldn’t be happier to move into our new home. I think we’ve been put off ever moving again, but if we do we will be sure to use Reeds Rains on this basis.

GoogleExtremely polite, helpful and honest staff. During our process, when communication was poor between solicitors. Reeds rains were more than happy to help us with chasing solicitors for answers as it was difficult as we were at work. They were always happy to open up the house so we could check measurements etc. even before their working hours, which made us feel special. GoogleI have used Megan's lettings services several times and I can say with confidence that she really does excel. She is professional, knowledgeable, and just gets the job done with minimum fuss and super efficiency. If you are a first time landlord (as I was when I first met Megan) or a seasoned professional, Megan works so hard to get the property let to the best tenant at a timescale to minimise or eliminate voids, liaising between landlord and tenant to keep everything moving smoothly. I don't know how she has the energy to keep so positive and get it all done but she certainly does. Thanks!

GoogleI have used Reeds Rains Congleton for both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new. Stacie and the rest of the team were extremely helpful with nothing too much trouble. The sale of my old home took just two days. Our new home being a new build they were happy to mediate on any issues with the developer and were in regular contact with me throughout the process. Highly recommended for sale, purchasing and mortgage needs.
