GoogleMy husband and I received excellent service from the Congleton Branch when helping us to find a place to rent. All staff were polite, courteous and extremely helpful. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service in a mainly "automated world", I think this is what sets Reeds Rains at Congleton apart from some other High Street agents we've dealt with. I'd highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

GoogleFor us as potential buyers our interaction with them was terrible. Asked for more money via the morgage advisor that works for them before they even told vendor our offer, then when we offered what vendor wanted basically lost due to them continuing viewings though told vendor would accept the offer! Terrible company for buyers! Totally unprofessional. Will not be looking at any future properties with them.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThe staff have gone above and beyond in dealing with the sale of my property and handled all enquiries and any issues and bumps in the road swiftly and given me immediate feedback. Emily in particular has spent hours on the phone with various other estate agents within the chain, solicitors and mortgage people to ensure the smooth transition of the process and keep it stress free for myself.

GoogleWe used Tim the mortgage advisor for our very first mortgage appointment and he was amazing. Really put our minds at ease, very transparent and made us fully aware of everything. Sadly we opted to buy a new build where a mortgage advisor was free of charge to us so went ahead with the free one, this was not a good decision. Wish we’d of stayed with Tim.
