I have tried to purchase a property through this agent over the last 9 months sold my property twice and still not managed to buy the property lost my house sale because the buyers got fed up of waiting so finally pulled out just had enough.

He has also assisted us in the purchase of our new house. I would use Reeds Rains again and would insist that Rob was dealing with my sale.

Everything went perfectly from the initial valuation, the marketing, organising viewings, dealing with the offer, buyer and solicitors. Great value for money and stacie made the whole process a little less stressful. I can't recommend or thank them enough.

This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

Sam was brilliant from start to finish. We demanded a lot and asked a lot of questions which he answered in good time! We had some problems with timings of our move in date but Sam was always helping us and was honest in what information he gave us. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleHaving carried out alot of "time wasting, non starter & deeply frustating" rental viewings for our Ukrainian guests if a year, desperately now hoping to continue with a safe but independent life within the UK, it was the BIGGEST relief to meet Zoe and the whole Reeds Rains Team! They made a very negative and stressful home seeking experience with other esrate agents in the Congleton area, not only a breath of fresh, understanding, impartial, fully inclusive non bias air, but a quick acting, dynamic and productive team whom enabled our war torn family to find a safe home of their own within our ever growing Ukrainian ommunity! We couldn't thank you enough Zoe and Caroline, and can only hope for similar and sadly much needed help to house hundreds of other Ukrainian's which will never be able to return to their beloved homelands. GoogleTim, Caroline and Hannah did a great job of securing the sale of our property quickly. No hassle and good communication throughout. Always on the end of the phone if we needed. Tim completed the initial valuation appointment and we didn’t feel pressured at all into making any decisions and everything was on our time which is extremely refreshing based on others in the industry. Caroline did a great job in helping with all the required forms and getting them sent to the right person. The only part of the sale we didn’t particular agree with was paying the initial fee for professional photos that looked no different to other estate agents properties online. Although it included boosting our property to the top of the pages on the internet, we never actually saw our property once online other than Right-move and that was on the 2nd or 3rd page.

GoogleTim and Hannah did a marvellous job over the last year, firstly selling my mothers large house and getting a good price and making it very easy for us. The process went as mum had wanted, being able to enjoy a final summer in the house and garden. Even when difficulties arose and new septic tank rules came in to play they provided excellent support and communication was always easy. Secondly putting pressure on the buyers solicitors to reach the final completion date as had been arranged clinched the time line date as hoped. So a big thankyou to the team.

GoogleStarted with the branch manager Tim lying about a property he had sold in the local area, turns out they hadn’t. He then offered us a ‘discount’ on the fee, failing to mention that he wasn’t including the VAT in the number. Then they charged for photos which were pretty terrible and a very difficult photographer to deal with. When it came to showing the house we left instructions to ensure the curtains were opened during viewing as we were away. This didn’t happen and the interested parties had to do this themselves. The agent last showing around couldn’t share any information on the property as they were from the Lettings side of the business. Another appointment the agents didn’t turn up leaving potential buyers stood on the doorstep eventually giving up. Luckily the house sold itself. Reeds Rains Congleton are a great advert for purple bricks!

We used Reeds Rains in Bangor to let our property several times and have always received a good service. Sarah has been great and always found us excellent tennents. Some cheaper letting agents have opened in Bangor, but decided not to chance it as we have to date received a quality hassle free service. Would recommend.

Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.

Our landlord decided to change from Reeds Rains to a local agent. Reeds managed to mistakenly inform the utility companies that we had moved out so they tried to cancel our accounts. We were nearly left with no electricity or water. Utterly unapologetic when asked about it. They have been useless in the 10 years we’ve been renting through them, thank goodness our landlord is great.
