GoogleI use Belvoir for marketing and contract set-up for my tenants. I then manage the lettings myself. In my experience, potential tenants have been found quickly, subject to prevailing market conditions, and credit checks and other legal formalities have been completed efficiently and professionally, with the added benefit of Belvoir being a local and family run business with a personal touch. I would recommend Belvoir to other landlords.

GoogleJulie who deals with the Congleton properties is a great asset to the team. We have always found her to be very helpful, friendly and efficient from when we made our initial enquiry, through the paperwork stages and then continuing to assist us with any issues we have with our rental property. In particular, I want to say a huge 'thank you' to Julie for arranging for John Stroud to get in touch regarding the curtain poles in the bedrooms. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has offered a very fast, friendly and efficient service. He was able to call in on Friday afternoon to view the work required and to measure up with a view to scheduling the work over the weekend, wow! I am pleased to say that John returned on Saturday morning to carry out the work as agreed. We are absolutely delighted with his work which is to a very high standard and the great bonus to me, was that he made a terrific job of tidying up so all that I had to do was re-hang the curtains. Thanks again to Julie for all her assistance in resolving the matter for us and introducing us to a great, friendly local tradesman!

GoogleI rented for 2 1/2 years through Belvoir. I looked after the flat and they looked after me. Staff were professional at all times. Every query was dealt with promptly. All I can say is that I would, without doubt use Belvoir again if I ever rent in Congleton.
