When we moved to France in early 2017 we chose Belvoir Congleton as the letting agents for our apartment and have been very impressed with their professionalism in all stages. Julie is a very personable lady, friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries etc, and has always kept us up to date with all aspects of our letting. On the occasions when she has not been available James has stepped into the breach to provide a seamless service. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top team to handle letting needs.

I moved into my let 3 months ago, I have dealt with Julie who looks after that side of the business for Congleton throughout. Julie has been nothing but helpful, straightforward; and informative every step of the way. I recently had my first inspection since moving in, and Julie came herself to conduct this. The inspection was thorough yet entirely respectful that this is my home now. I have found responses in all aspects timely and helpful. If I choose to move on from my current property in the future, but stay in the area, I will most definitely strive to remain a client of Belvoir if it is possible! Edit: BEWARE THE STING IN THE TAIL: The below review still stands. Generally good. Beware though the 'standard' clause in the contact that states notice must be given in complete rent months. We completed on a property on the 11th and because we pay rent on the 8th, we need to pay a whole extra month less three days. Hard to see this as anything other than a money making scheme as they were happy to start our rent on the nearest convenient day. I have been recommending Belvoir to several friends, but no more. Old review: Belvoir have been great. Really straightforward getting set up with a new tenancy at a difficult time (COVID-19.) They work in a modern way - all the documents, check ins etc. were all done online. They switched the utilities for me - all very easy.i Moving house is stressful, great to find an agent that makes it easier. We rented through the Congleton branch and were dealt with by Julie.
