GoogleAvoid!! Absolutely unprofessional from start to finish all they want is your money. In my experience The guy in particular who sits downstairs is Daniel I think, he was so rude, abrupt and just plain nasty. Saxons have taken down most of the bad reviews so don’t believe the good as they are probably written by the staff.

YellAVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AVOID AVOIDSevere mould, overgrown garden, constant liesIf you want to be charged your deposit to fix issues that existed before you even move in, Saxons are the way to go!If you want to be told that issues would be fixed before you move in, but then take 9 months for them to even consider doing anything, Saxons are the way to go!If you want money deducted from your deposit for a 'broken microwave', THAT YOU SUPPLIED YOURSELF, Saxons are the way to go!If you want to send email after email with no reply, have multiple in person meetings where they lie directly to your face, Saxons are the way to go!If you want to live in a property with mould so severe that it causes breathing difficulties, Saxons are the way to go!Never had a worse experience with a 'business' in my life.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GoogleAs many people said it earlier they removed all reviews as they were so bad. I can't find my personal one as well. They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

GoogleGreat experience with Saxons! 100% reccomend for finding good tenants. They not only do credit checks but did also take refrences from previous landlords. This isn't something other estate agents do. Great effort and prompt response to work and questions asked
