GoogleI am wrighting this review after two month of moving in to my new house.their answering and customer service is great.they answer quickly and always solve the situation. I also satisfied with the process before moving in as they are all responsible. The only matter i can tell which could they improve is cleaning Ness of the house before new tenant moves in .i expected more professional cleaned house. Over all i suggest them and i will work with the again.

GoogleIf there is less than 0 i would rate it like that They cancelled my house contract 2 days before moving in to a house , they cost loads of money and streeses as i terminated my current house contract preparing to go for a new house , they cost me to costs if moving transfer which is cancelled as a result of theit contract cancellation , they are not honest , they are non caring , still in a big problem because i have a family and because of what happened i am staying in very expensive not good place , even they do not care to refund me the costs spent in moving and transfer , even now they are not answering my mails . Do not even thing to deal with them

GoogleMy old review was removed for some reason, it was a much more detailed version of my experience. I had a horrible experience from 2018-2019. As a university student please do not use this place. One of the many situations include the agents just opening the door and coming into the house without notice and then sending us a very clear fake proof of notice text message that no one received in the house. They proceeded to let over 15 students view that property. This is just one of the many times that they clearly didn't respect us as actual human beings living in a private property. They just see you as money bags. They overcharged us on a lot of different things that never made sense. - edit I forgot to add. Quick look through the reviews shows a odd pattern of bot reviews. Do not believe these reviews

GoogleTo be Honest, I have searched in google for a house and I found Saxons. Contacted them and they arraged 5 viewings on the next day according to my choices and date of moving. Finally We are 5 tenants and we choosed one of them and we moved to new home before 4 days. Frankly, this is the one of the best home ever we had and What a house! With lot of facilities, proper rent with bills included, Wifi and spacious kitchen and new kind of rooms. We can a enjoy a lot here and best for a home party and everything and the Saxons team made this possible and they are quick and genuine. Thank You so much Saxons for giving us such a wonderful home and If you are looking for stay. Guys, you can contact them for best homes.

GoogleIf you’re different nationality than British I would advise you to not waste your time on this agency. I was looking for an apartment back in May and through the form I’ve applied to view apartment and after few days I got response in which they only said that they’re ‘fully booked’ without giving me any other options or suggesting any possibility of viewing different properties and never replied after I asked ‘what does it mean fully booked?’

GoogleI rented a property from saxtons in 2016, the owner kept entering the property and trying to enter the premises. Saxtons did NOTHING to help the situation and laughed at me when I complained in person. They are rude, unhelpful and have even taken me to court 5 years later for a problem they couldn’t be bothered to fix. If you need to rent in this area do yourself a favour and find another agent. If anyone wants proof of emails then feel free to ask and I’ll show you one of the 87 I sent to get the problem fixed.

GoogleSaxon’s and lettings provides excellent letting services. I was new in the country, not known anything about lettings however at Saxon’, they have have me all the details about lettings. Also provided the safe deposit option. Saxon’s 1 BHK house was spacious and clean and all the flatmates were great. Entire procedure was legal. Provided brilliant customer service and prompt solution of any problems. Thanks.

GoogleIn my dealings with them they have always been very efficient. Communication is great. Recently had a problem with a blocked drain and Jo in lettings was particularly helpful in resolving it in a timely manner and also kept me updated throughout.
