From the initial valuation right through to completion of sale I was impressed by the team at Oakheart. George carried out the valuation with no sales pressure and left me in no doubt that this was the agency I wanted to sell my house. During the sales process Dan took over, and with his professional insight in the property market secured a price that I was happy with. Amy progressed the sale and made sure, with gentle persuasion, that I carried out the steps required. Her ability to act as that vital link between buyer, seller and solicitors resulted in a stress free sale for me. If you are looking for a professional estate agency that takes the time to listen and keep you informed then I would, without hesitation, recommend these guys.

I can’t praise the team at oakheart enough. Sold my property due to a seperation which is never an easy issue to deal with but it was handled professionally and respectfully. When it came time to struggle getting solicitors to action things Sammy was there to chase regularly to get the end result. Thank you to everyone for their efforts.

We recently viewed a property with oak heart on our mission to find our second home. We met with many local estate agents through the process and oak heart were by far the best to deal with. Approachable, personable, efficient. Jonny’s communication was second to none. He was great with our young children when we viewed the property and nothing was too much for him. He knew the property very well and could answer any questions we had.

I cannot fault the lettings team. They are up on all the ever changing legal stuff of having tenants & keep the landlords and tenants in good hands. I couldn’t believe a couple people left a bad review for this company but then I did notice those same people ONLY leave bad reviews for all companies they encounter. I don’t trust the type of reviewer who only complains, are they rude and bad tempered all the time, probably. Another letting agent wanted my business but I wanted the best.
