Honestly couldn’t recommend Oakheart enough, every step of the way they have been incredible. Annalise is amazing..so supportive and professional - absolutely nothing was too much hassle or effort and we are so thankful for her relentless chasing of other agents. Fantastic contact and communication really highlighted by a brief interaction with another (rude!) agents further down the chain..Complete opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of service, Oakheart a total cut above the rest. Although I hope I never have to move again, I’d without a doubt choose Oakheart every time.

Great agent

I’m so glad I used Oakheart to recently sell my house. I did previously have it on the market with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer in 12 weeks. Decided to try Oakheart and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Sammy was amazing, always in contact letting me know was happening. The agent I was buying from was so awful, the difference between them and Oakheart was night and day. Sammy relentlessly chased and followed up with agents and solicitors to get to completion. Would 100% recommend Oakheart. I just wish all agents were like them.

Professional and helpful

We’re still in the process of selling our home, but Oakheart have been amazing and really gone above and beyond for us. The whole team have been great especially Darren and Kelly, but special thanks go to Sammy who has given us so much help in navigating a really tricky process. Sammy has gone out of her way to overcome problems and has been able to move things forward when no one else in the chain has. We feel so much better knowing we have her help to get our sale through.

Sammy is amazing!

From day 1 of putting our offer in Oakheart have been great. A special mention to Sammy who was amazing at chasing everyone and ensuring we were always updated. We really felt that Sammy went above and beyond to get our purchase through and we felt we had her undivided attention. Without Sammy I don't think the sale would have gone through, and I definitely would have pulled my hair out if Sammy didn't reassure me everytime we had a setback. Overall very happy with Oakheart and would definitely use them if we were to ever sell our house in the distant future :)

Rented our BTL property on the day we purchased

After few stressful months, we were planning to complete the purchase (using another estate agent) of a BTL property. I requested Rich to manage the property on our behalf. But what's unbelievable is he arranged for a viewing on the day of our completion and the tenant accepted it on the same day. Oakheart does a fantastic job when it comes to enquiring the affordability and credit check of the tenants. The photos were absolutely brilliant. Rich was really honest and very transparent. I really can't thank him enough on doing such a brilliant job.

We met Charlie back in January 2020 to sell one of our flats when he worked for a previous agent and we got on straight away, he went above and beyond for us so when it came to selling our other property and we saw he’d opened up Oakheart we had no hesitation in contacting him again. Charlie and the team worked tirelessly and were always on hand at any time of day when we needed them through a really difficult process, and they finally got us over the line and are now managing the rental of our property. Superb! Would not use anyone else.

I first got in touch with Oakheart as they were just about to launch having had a terrible experience with another local agency. From the very first meeting with Darrell I knew I was in safe hands....Oakheart managed to sell my house in half the time it was up previously! They checked in with me regularly and gave me the feeling that they cared about selling my house. Big shout out to Kelly, an absolute asset to the company. Always on hand to help with a big smile on her face and a cracking sense of humour. Also have to mention Eddie, Cormac and Gigi who throughout the process were spot on. Oakheart have been amazing since the start. We are first time buyers so had a million questions, Gigi is such a great asset to the team. She answers all your questions and makes you feel at ease. Our solicitor was a very tough person to get hold of so majority of our questions were given to Gigi and she excelled... I'm sure I got annoying at some point 😂The whole team at oakheart are friendly and polite and no question is too big nor too small.Our purchase took a long time due to circumstances out of our control but we finally got the keys yesterday and cannot wait to start making this house our home. If your looking to buy or sell they really are fantastic.

Amazing service

We instructed Oakheart to handle the sale of my fathers home. I can honestly say that the whole experience has been so stress free. The guidance, advised and professionalism from Charlie and the whole team has been invaluable. With their fantastic marketing and organisation skills after one open house we had multiple offers and a sale. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but those people have obviously not used Oakheart. Wow, I never thought I'd be writing a positive review about an estate agent. Initially Charlie came out to value my property some months ago. We decided to instruct another agent as they valued the property £50,000 more. We fell into the estate agency trap. My house had been on the market for months with another agent with little to no interest. Charlie came along, presented our home beautifully with amazing photographs, floorplan and virtual tour. He personally dealt with our viewers, and within 6 weeks (how long he said it would take!) we were under offer. We had two offerees and this managed to boost the price to Charlie's original valuation. He recommended a mortgage advisor who was BRILLIANT, solicitors who were exceptional. Despite purple bricks being involved in the chain and naturally delaying the transaction time, Charlie kept me up to date weekly. Sometimes daily, whether it was a text, email or call. Charlie was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't ever even consider another estate agent again. Thank you so much for your help and good luck on your new venture, if you maintain this level of service I have no doubt in the success you will achieve. Thanks again 5* service from a 10* agent.

AVOID by all means

Rented with Oakheart for one year and probably the worst decision of my life. - they falsely advertised the property re contents (we had to buy white goods after being promised differently); they refused to repair maintenance issues; they try to charge the tenants for fixing plumbing issues which was down to landlord (in order to preserve their income); they left us with a broken water pump which meant no water access at night for about 5 months. When it came to renewal, we said we will not renew unless the water pump is sorted, on which occasion we were given eviction notice for asking for the repairs. We made complaints to the agency regarding the above, to which the lettings director emailed us to tell us they need to act as a business and protect their income so they will side with the landlord and they don't care about tenants. When it came to the deposit release, our check out report said we left the property in perfect condition, however the agency took over a month to get the deposit back after continuous arguments. These are just a summary of all the issues we've had renting through this estate agent, and it failed to deliver by all means any good service. Not only we ended up being evicted, but because of how poor they are, the landlord did not actually continue renting through them either. They talk a big game, but they only look after their own profits therefore, I would avoid at all cost.
