I have been with G and R now for some 8 or 9 years with 3 properties. As you would expect not everything with regard the lettings has been straight forward, and I judge people by how they perform when things go wrong, not what its like at the best of times. G and R have always provided up to date information and help with regard my tenants which helps. But most important to me, when there is a maintenance issue with one of the flats they are very quick to respond and arrange for repairs and the contractors they use very reasonable. I'm very happy with their performance.
