We have completed the purchase of a property through Gallant Richardson on 12th April. Craig has been helpful throughout our journey even before we were purchasing through Gallant Richardson. He's always given us really useful and helpful advice and also went over and beyond his job role for us in January when our chain almost fell through with the property we were purchasing. Unfortunately, the estate agents who we were selling with were absent but Craig did everything in his power to help us continue the sale, and we have! Gallant Richardson have great communications and are easy to contact as well as reliable. Out of an 11 month journey and multiple estate agents used, Gallant Richardson have provided the best service and if we were to sell again, they would definitely be our first choice.

This week my water heater stopped working and the letting agent, Sacha Allen was so helpful that it was fixed for me on the day I called. I cannot recommend Gallant Richardson enough. They genuinely set a new standard for estate agents, and the rest have a lot of catching up to do. Craig and Andy were true gentlemen, total professionals and always attentive, polite and caring. Previous experiences with other agents hadn’t been that positive and had put me off putting my property on the market, but I was so lucky to have found a property marketed by GR and they managed to sell my flat the day it went on the market. Insanely good service and I’ll forever be grateful for the help and support provided during the moving process, especially when my less than attentive solicitor needed a poke. The true definition of professionals. Don’t use anyone else.

A faultless experience buying with Gallant Richardson. We viewed a property with Craig who was very patient considering we were running late. He gave us plenty of time to view the property and gave us all the information we needed and took the time to answer our questions, without rushing. We were thrilled to hear the news a couple of days later that our offer had been accepted. Throughout the whole process, Craig kept in touch with a weekly call and made sure we were clear with how the purchase was coming along, informing us of any updates. In fact, we never had to chase them on any front as they got in touch as soon as there was an update for us. We also spoke with Andy when Craig was out of the office, who was just as friendly and helpful. After viewing property after property with other estate agents, we’re positive if we ever move in the future (we hope not), we’d choose Gallant Richardson without a shadow of a doubt.

Since moving to Colchester from London we have rented a property from Gallant Richardson and can highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy. During the 10 years of our tenancy we had a few faults due to the age of things like the washing machine dying, boiler heating rods failing during winter, leaks from up stairs, every issue was dealt with with urgency and resolved within reasonable time. We made the next big step to buy our own home and even when it got to the end of the tenancy and we had to stay another 4 months, the team really showed their support and empathy towards our situation. We couldn't thank them enough for that. The team are super friendly, prompt, and professional in our experience, we will miss the interactions and it feels like losing a guardian who has watched over us all these years. Whilst I'm still coming to terms with losing my home, trying to keep it together I got a call back from this company. Who were Rude, assumptious and damn right out of order. I hope I never have to come in contact with this company again 😡😡😡 Edit: Tim the owner did reach out to me and apologise for how his staff came across, he has offered to help me find a property the best he can if one comes available on his books. Tim also suggested if I need anything I can contact him only. So all in all, I hope the staff understand their attitude can come across bad and affect someone's business.
