GoogleThe staff were helpful enough, but the lifts were both out of order. We were on the top floor, and finished up getting stuck in the lift for 20 minutes. There is only a narrow fire escape staircase, impossible to carry large items up it safely. Please rectify this soon.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Hello Jeffrey Thank you for your review and we apologies for yesterday’s inconvenience you experienced with the lifts at our Colchester store. One of them is now working normally and the other is being attended to. Thank you The Big Yellow Team
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
