GoogleI just saw a review dropped by Tom Lillywhite, I wish we had seen this 2weeks ago before my friend paid deposit for an apartment in Colchester.
House viewing was done when another tenant was still in the house. Request review was dubiously postponed only for the agent to drop the key for my friend.
On entry to the house the following day, it was filled with mold and they have refused ti take the key back nor are they ready to return the deposit paid. My friend will post her review with pictures. We'll be escalating this to the Housing Ombudsman
