Booked a viewing with Savilles for a 10am slot, arrived at 09:45 and waited until 10:30, pressed the buzzer for the property and nobody was in, waited outside the property and nobody showed up, tried calling the office and nobody was answering the phones. Left me slightly disgruntled and confused, still 4 days on have had absolutely no correspondence from them, awfully unprofessional.

It’s not just about the houses that are being represented but the people supporting you too!! It’s such an emotional journey so it’s imperative to work with someone you can trust. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Charles. He was proactive but not pushy and always accessible. Forget 9 to 5, once we were at the legal stage issues were raised day and night, weekdays and weekends, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Louis Winterbourne personally dealt with our house sale, his professionalism was second to none, as was the rest of his team, which made the whole process run as smooth as possible. They kept all parties well informed of all developments, as well as regular updates with our lawyers.
