Emily Hancock worked tirelessly to find us a suitable rental property and did whatever she could to make viewings as convenient as possible. She was both honest and transparent in giving us advice (when not all estate agents were!) She even showed us properties on a Sunday to make sure my husband could make a viewing. Thank you Emily!

After a torrid time trying to sell with other agents we changed our estate agent to Savills and were well looked after by Louise Kerr and her team. Nothing was too much trouble. Photos and marketing were handled quickly and professionally. We were introduced to a good number of clients even thought the market at the time, was slow. It was not an easy time to sell and Louise and Jake were always at the end of the phone to answer questions and calm nerves. Our first sale fell through and quickly another buyer was found and thankfully this sale went through to exchange. We also bought our onward house through Savills and the complexity of selling and buying was well managed. We didn't have the fastest solicitors (on both sides) Louise always stepped in to politely and professionally to request updates and keep us up to speed with developments. Our calls were always returned swiftly ( even on her days off texts and emails were answered) and her calm manner and professionalism kept us positive through a difficult time. We will always use Savills, Cobham for future sales . I really cannot fault them. Estate agents can have a bad press but not this one. Professional, friendly and organised. Very professional service from a slick operation from the Cobham Office of Savills. They found the right tenant for us and we were a able to select from a number of offers at the asking price.
