GoogleChecking the reviews, I can conclude that it is a good agency for the sale and purchase of properties, and for landlords, but DEFINETLY NOT FOR TENATS. Under our experience renting, it has been the worst experience, starting with the times to solve problems with the properties, response times to emails and the way in which they take ownership of the deposits. We didn't receive the property with professional cleaning, at the time we sent them photos as proof of this, to which they responded with an "apologies", when we left the property, without our authorization, and after we had paid for the professional cleaning, they let staff go in to make arrangements, they stained the folder with deep stains. Without any qualms, they took £500 of our deposit, despite us having claimed again and having compared the photos of how we received the property Vs. how we left it. I honestly believe that a 1-star review is too much for an agency that looks out for its commissions and profits, but not for the interests of its tenants.

I’d like to clarify that the deductions from your deposit were agreed between you and the landlord, in writing (email) - via us as agents - before the deductions were made. Throughout the time you were tenants at the property - and until the deductions were agreed, and the balance returned to you - your deposit was protected by an insured deposit scheme with the TDS and if you were unhappy you would have been entitled to raise an official dispute with them, submitting evidence for adjudication. We hope you are happily settled in your new home and thank you again for your feedback - it’s only from reviews and honest feedback like yours that we are able to continually improve upon the great service we strive to deliver to our clients. They are excellent team , even during this lock-down period they managed to find us the right tenant . GoogleBrilliant experience with Grosvenor, we were shown lovely properties which were exactly to our specification, Elizabeth was super helpful and accommodating, she really understood our situation and brokered the deal with the landlord. We absolutely love the property we in , any issues we have had with maintenance was promptly solved by Jenny. Grosvenor communicates often and regularly and cant fault the experience when it came to leasing a home.
