GoogleWhile the property we ended up offering on is not a Davies property, the service as buyers that we received and the quality of comms from Davies was by far and away the best of the estate agents we came across in the local area. Thanks particularly to Rocco, who was absolutely brilliant, sharp and upfront when showing us properties- helping us make a really informed decision and feeling very at ease.

GoogleThe whole team at Davies were incredible. They came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend them now also. They were very professional, knowledgeable and always quick to react. We had a particularly tricky journey getting to Exchange and both Sam and Lewis were amazing in helping us cross the line. GoogleMike Wallis is the most professional and straight-talking estate agent I've ever dealt with. GoogleI have been very pleased with the services that Davies Property Partners have provided for me. They marketed my property but as the market was quite challenging just before Christmas, Stuart Greenwood recommended that I let the property once again and referred me to Samantha in the Lettings Department who managed to secure new tenants within a few weeks. Both Stuart & Samantha continue to advise me of where I stand as a landlord and the new regulations that will soon affect the Lettings market. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
