Samantha took great care in carrying out a thorough critique of the many applicants who wanted to rent our property. She was crucial in giving us help and guidance in making the right decision. Since letting our flat she has continued to offer us help and support and made the whole process straightforward and stress free.

Dave Jones is always a pleasure to deal with and keeps me fully informed. Any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly, regular property visits are carried out, the finances are well taken care of and I have had a succession of excellent tenants over the years. GoogleHave just exchanged contracts on our family home after my mother's passing. I had frequent contact with the sales progresser, Samantha Ibell who performed an exemplary job of keeping things moving along and updating myself and my brothers frequently. On contacting her for anything by email, she was extremely swift to reply and was in constant contact with both our and our buyers solicitor and certainly didn't let the grass grow under their feet. Having had two very slow house sales previously with other agents this experience has been a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

Special mention to Lewis who was very friendly, proactive and knowledgeable in all the aspects of the sale. Lewis’s management meant a load of work was taken off me as well as reducing the normal stress involved in house sales. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and I have no hesitation in recommending Lewis and the Cobham team.
