GoogleThe experience with Sinclair's was brilliant. From Dan's initial visit where he gave me tips on improvements regarding presenting and staging my home to make the best and quickest sale. Then taking great pictures to highlight my property. Through Lauren, Debbie and Sandra all communicating superbly with me regarding interest, viewings, and offers. Even when things didn't go well with buyers pulling out due to changes in mortgage rates and other outside influences, the work was always being done and the next viewings were already lined up and ready to go. Throughout what I can only describe as very difficult sale and onward purchase the staff at Sinclair have been fantastic. I could not recommend them highly enough! 5* Thank you all so much!

GoogleI found Sinclair's to be very efficient in selling my property. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. They kept me informed of any developments with regular updates. Their sales literature was first class from the photographs taken to the plan and details of my house; and my property was on the market within 24 hours of my initial instruction to sell. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThe whole sales team helped to make the sale of my Bungalow go through as smoothly as possible. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they always made themselves available going the extra mile to help in any way they could. I wonder would have no hesitation in recommending the Coalville office and in the event of moving again in the future I would use Sinclair.

GoogleSinclairs advertised their online portal as the best way to show as a seller and buyer, each retrospective purchases/sales were progressing. This portal was never updated and even now after completion is still showing as only solicitors instructed. I felt pushed and pressued into using Sinclairs as i was told the sellar of the property I wanted would only accept our offer on the basis we used the same estate agent. Inparticularly this was done by their manager. This is the only reason we accepted Sinclair. They pushed figures in my face despite me telling them i did not want to use them and wanted Reddingtons. During the process the estate agent told us she felt stuck in the middle of us and the sellers making our whole house purchase a nightmare. We have both felt that they havent passed all of our queries and questions on to the seller of the property we purchased due to the feeling they made very clear of being stuck in the middle. This did not help us in purchasing our property. We would never recommend using Sinclairs.

Google"Got the job done" Very professional and plenty of communication with me throughout the process and ended up with the full asking price. I was also impressed with Dan Maynard's attitude to getting the job done. It was refreshing to work with someone you actually delivered on what they promised and sold the house in less than 48hrs. GoogleI must be honest - i wasnt impressed with the service we received from sinclairs. I work in property development myself and found them far too sales driven . I am sure this principle works for them - however when i attempted to negotiate the sellers fee there wasnt much flexibility with this. I then decided to go with an online agent . They didnt seem happy with this and started to scaremonger about the pitfalls of going online . Its a free market out there and bad mouthing other agents just doesnt work for me and can appear unprofessional and untrustworthy. I understand the pros and cons of using either but didnt come across well and meant they lost our business in the end.

FacebookThe staff at Sinclair (Coalville) couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. They were right on the case and followed up regularly by chasing the chain right through to completion of contract. The flat fee for selling meant we knew exactly what the final bill was going to be. Our house sold extremely quickly, due to the research done by Sinclair on other properties for sale and sold on our area. That meant it was pitched at the correct price to attract buyers.
