GoogleWe recently sold our house with Sinclair Coalville and we would definitely recommend them to others. Dan was very knowledgeable on the market, provided expert advice and his attention to detail with the brochure and pictures was great. All of Dan's team were fantastic and very friendly. Once we had sold the property Sandra was brilliant in helping ensure everything ran smoothly to completion.

GoogleUnfortunately we were not impressed with this estate agent compared to the one we were selling our house through. I never got my questions answered or call backs. When things were not looking good on the day before completion i felt they were blase and didn't chase things which made it very stressful. They also would not hand over keys even when the solicitors rang me 40 mins prior to say the funds had been released. Very poor service. I would not recommend. On the up side Lauren was polite and friendly when we first made an offer on the house then we had to deal with the others.

We had a firm offer in a few days which met our asking price and began the closing process within a week. We now have completion . GoogleI cannot recommend Sinclairs enough, in particular Dan Maynard. He originally helped us prepare and sell our first house within a week. I recently called him to ask if he could come out and see our house on the Friday, on the Saturday midday it was on the market with mass amount of viewings.
