Sinclair did not disappoint from beginning to end! They are really seamless with their processes and kept in touch every step of the way. I cannot recommend Sinclairs enough! A local estate agent which really does care about its customers and all the bits in between. A big shout out to Debbie- she really helped me through the stresses, helped chase tricky solicitors and kept me informed every step of the way! I don’t think I’d be sat in my lovely new home if it wasn’t for Debbie and Sinclairs! A gazillion stars for you guys! Thank you for being incredible!

Initial communication was with Alex - Branch Manager who was great. Communication after that with branch staff unfortunately didn't match those expectations. Sold once which fell through due to buyer, at times it felt the Agent was working more for buyer than us the seller (and paying the bill). Sold second time and communication was poor, I got more information from my solicitors than the agents at less cost. Sinclair's provide you with an app to keep up to date with the process but they don't keep it up to date themselves. How did they get an award??

They were persistent in chasing up both sets of solicitors and ensured the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as possible. 5 months, not the 10 weeks they tell you but 5 months of incompetence, inconsistency and failures led to losing 1 house ( so definitely do not use these if you are buying new build, you will lose it) and then literally the buyers were allowed up untill the actual day before the move at 6pm who didn't even have the funds secure as they didn't check that they couldn't even get their money out of the ISA account and sinclair didn't even communicate anthing. Everything was arranged, paid , organised, removals paid, time off work in the busiest peak, friends took time off work and then on the night before it was there's no funds! exchange finally happened and the completion on the move day and then only told to vacate 1pm even though they knew the housing developer was still waiting for their buyers . Absolute shocking and no care into your property with allowing viewing with people to trample through new carpets with muddy boots, left lights on all day and broke a garage door handle and tried to hide it all. Stay away from these . Even contacted 3 other agents and they were in disgust of the shambolic sinclair.up to this day and its 4 weeks now, the buyers still not even set foot in the property as had no intentions what so ever but I was told to vacate and pushed out even though you physically have to wait for the new build house developer....... be very very warned

Where to start....from the very beginning Sinclairs have been absolutely brilliant. Dan valued the property very very well and produced a great set of details that really helped sell the property, detailing some of the points that I thought made out house stand-out and all without us having to ask hin, superb. The support from everyone at the Coalville Office has been second to none, so a big thank toy to Lauren and Debbie in particular. Faultless service all the way thru, and even secured an asking price more than it was advertised. We always said if we want to sell out house we would ask Dan, and he did just that

Dan and Jane (Coalville branch) were fantastic from the offset and all through the process. Dan arrived at my property and I was so impressed with his honest, professional and down to earth nature that I cancelled all my other valuations (I've dealt with estate agents a lot in the past and it was such a relief to find one I trusted). Dan suggested a marketing approach for my none typical property which made a lot of sense and drove lots of interest. As per my wishes Dan did the viewings and kept me informed throughout. You could instantly tell he was experienced from his knowledge and his customer approach. I was really keen to move to another property and he got me marketed very quickly indeed (within a couple of days) even allowing me input with photos on the advert that I best felt reflected the property. At the point of offer acceptance I was handed over to Jane (Dan kept in regular contact even though his job was done) who was equally as impressive. Nothing was too much and I got regular communications. I'm sure the property portfolio they have is large however all I needed to do was say my name to Jane and she instantly knew the current situation. Any questions I had during the process she was there for. I imagine in reality I was just another client, however no part of the process did I feel like that, everything felt joined up and the process felt personal. Overall I couldn't be happier, they chased my buyers when it needed and also chased me when I needed it! And to round everything up, a couple of hours after completion I got a call from Dan congratulating me on the sale and wishing me the best for the future. couldn't have asked for more, expectations completely exceeded. Thank you Sinclair !! It was our third move and for the first time everything has gone smoothly. After some previous issues with estates and solicitors last time when we moved we were a bit unsure whom to choose, but when Dan came everything looked straightforward. From mortgage advisors, to legal team- you have everything covered in one place. And if you think something is not going right you can always ask someone in Sinclair for a help . Dan was very professional and understanding he knew Exactly what we can achieve and what is sensible. (We got our asking price !!). Debbie was always there for a extra help when needed. Even with covid 19 situation she managed to coordinate moving date with others in the chain. She deserves a bunch of flowers for a huge support she has provided. I really can't thank them enough . Fees...i think they are adequate to their experience and services. Yes some may say they are more expensive but there are no hidden costs ( unlike with our previous sale!!!). Very satisfied with Sinclairs service. They advised how to prepare the house pre sale, the first viewer bought at asking price. The conveyancing was protracted due to purchasers chain issues and at all times Lauren at Sinclairs kept me reassuringly informed. A good service that I'd recommend to anyone.
