GoogleSinclair was amazing, as a first time buyer i felt really overwhelmed but the agent really helped with the process. It really helped having someone explain the process well and constantly communicating with myself, my solicitors and the sellers to make the process smoother.

GoogleBought a property through Sinclair's s few years ago and I made a comment on viewing that I wasnt keen on the chrome light fittings, when I moved in theyd all been changed to nasty plastic ones and not installed by an electrician and totally unsafe!!! Thieves and cowboys.

GoogleAbsolutely despise estate agents always pushing for commission but what do they actually do to earn it? Poor communication throughout my purchase of property through them, would not respond to emails never updated me on progress of chain etc in the end I got fed up made contact with seller and we communicated directly! completely eliminating any contact with this agent.

GoogleTried to book a viewing on a property, couldn't get me in for 5 days....I'm in a strong purchasing position but didn't bother to take any of my details. Disappointing

GoogleWhilst staff seemed nice, they were the first estate agents I've been to that took a 2nd application after we put ours in and let the landlord decide who they wanted. They decided that 2 sisters were more suited than a family of 3 for a 4 bed house. What happened to first come first serve? Will not be using again
