First impressions were good, a valuation given, (which was way over valued) all nice and friendly then thats it. They turned up late for every viewing having customers waiting. When our house was sold we didn’t hear anything from them at all, we sorted out everything ourselves even the hand over, they never even bothered putting a sold sign up. Very unprofessional when answering the phone and the sales team don’t have a clue about selling or negotiating. Our buyers had the same experience too.

GoogleRecently completed a sale with Stones Young in Clitheroe. I found the whole team especially attentive, professional, pro active and enthusiastic, with great communication skills throughout. Sarah in particular went the extra mile, staying late one Friday night to get my property on the market. Honest appraiser of my property value. Great communication with offers etc. When we had agreed the sale price I felt I had to chase up the process when the buyer “miscommunicated” his instructions to his solicitor. To SY credit they chased it up and got things moving again. I’d happily recommend.

FacebookUnlike some Estate Agents that can seem a little unapproachable. I always find Stones Young to be very friendly & professional & easy to talk to. I have viewed a couple of properties with Ben Beaumont who was delightful! Very friendly and he put me at ease right away, he was also very knowledgeable about the areas & the properties viewed.
